As connect2 is used differently within every organisation, our training sessions vary and are tailored to each customer. We will provide initial training during the installation process and offer additional sessions thereafter for new members of staff and refresher courses.
connect2 installation stage
During installation, our engineer will discuss your requirements with you and find out exactly how connect2 will be used in your organisation. We will set up connect2 accordingly and provide training for up to five members of staff in one session. Trainees will have the opportunity to learn how to use connect2 as an Administrator and User and will be able to ask questions throughout the session.
connect2 additional training
To maximise the performance of connect2 in your organisation, it is essential that your staff are fully trained. We therefore offer additional connect2 training sessions where we will provide onsite training at your organisation. You may wish to enroll new members of staff or those who need a refresher on how to use the system. These sessions are also useful for product upgrades where new features have been added.
