My role: Working in conjunction with our Business Development Managers, I am responsible for liaising with our netloan customers (and potential customers), making sure they receive regular calls, updates and information and the highest level of customer service.

About me: The biggest part of my life outside of work is playing Men’s Lacrosse.  I currently play at an international level for Wales and its taken me to Baltimore, Prague and Toronto with a trip to Finland for the Europeans planned this summer.  I also spend my time surfing, listening to punk music, PC gaming and watching rugby (Wales & Ospreys).
