The lorensbergs website was awarded finalist status in the category of Best Business Website at the Hertfordshire Business Awards that took place on 26th November 2008. The category was judged on a number of factors including the influence that the website has had on the customer experience; enhancement of business processes and the involvement of staff.
“As our business has grown in recent years, it is essential that we provide a multi-functional website to meet our customer needs. Our website has been designed to reflect our branding; be scaleable to meet our future business requirements; be highly informative and interactive and provide a great customer experience” commented Justine Dewey, General Manager, lorensbergs. “It is essential that the site delivers a user-friendly, content rich experience for the visitor which is visually appealing whilst at the same time promotes both our Hertfordshire business and brands, netloan and connect2” she added.
“In addition, each member of the lorensbergs team has contributed to the content of the website, each adding their own knowledge and expertise. All staff have access to the forum area and often get involved with customer communication, answering questions on a variety of technical and non technical subjects. We are extremely proud of the recognition we have received and will be continuing to enhance and expand the site in the coming months” she concluded.
